Below are most commonly asked questions that our customers have prior to booking their reservation. If your question has not been answered, feel free to call us or send us an email.
May I show up earlier than my appointment time to set up?
The set up is included in your total appointment time of 2.5 hours. Generally, most people spend the first 30 minutes of their appointment setting up food or decor. For example, if your appointment starts at 10 am, you may arrive at 10 am and guests may be invited at 10:30am.
May I add time to my party?
Additional time may be requested when booking your appointment. Adding extra time may or may not be available. Check availability and rates by calling us.
How frequently do you sanitize the playroom?
We wipe down surfaces and mop after each party.
May I bring alcoholic beverages?
No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the playroom and party room.
What is a maximum capacity of your facility?
Our maximum occupancy is 60 people. Your package will include admission for 12 kids and 24 adults. Additional admission rates will apply for extra admission.
What happens to my deposit if I decide to cancel the party?
All deposits are non refundable. However, you may reschedule to a different date if still available. Rescheduling from weekend to weekday voids the weekday discount (if any discount applies to the package you have reserved)
May I bring my own food/catering?
Yes, you may bring your own food/ catering. All food and beverages are allowed except alcohol. Clean up fee is automatically added when your party includes food.
Do you have a back door for convenient car access?
Yes, you may use our back door to unload your food or decor items. You are required to repark after unloading.
May I invite a photographer, animated character, coffee booth, magician, etc to the facility?
Yes, you may invite outside vendors with prior notice via phone or email.
Are events other than birthdays allowed at the party room?
We have hosted baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries and adult birthday parties. You may celebrate any event at Little Kingdom. It's convenient when your party includes younger kids since they have private access to our playroom and will be occupied throughout the party.
How far in advance should we reserve the party room?
Summer and winter are busier and get booked out few months prior while other months may still be available with only a few week notice.
Do we hold dates?
We do not hold dates without a deposit.
Checking for availability over the phone or email doesn't secure your booking.
